When running our own business, we often get caught up in the “ifs and buts” and sometimes forget about what is important. So, I decided to put together an A-Z guide on things to help. I have obviously broken it down into 3 parts as reading the whole thing at once could be very overwhelming.

A is for Action – Taking action is crucial. Remember “small steps, lead to big things” Don’t wait for something to be perfect, you are better starting something that is unperfected than never starting at all!
B is for Believe – If you don’t “Believe” in your Product or Service how do you expect your Client/Customer to.
C is for Confidence – Having confidence in the Service/Product you supply is key to success!
D is for Delegate – You don’t have to do everything yourself! Delegate tasks to other team members. If there is only you then outsource these tasks to someone who can help.
E is for Engage – Let’s face it a lot of our business comes from Social Media! If someone comments on something you have posted, make sure you engage with them. Not only does it build relationships with your customers, but it also helps with the algorithm (and we all know how frustrating that can be). Also, find out where your ideal client/customer hangs out and engage with them there.
F is for Fun – You set up your business because it was something you want to enjoy right? We are all going to have bad days with the thoughts of giving up! Just make sure you are having fun the majority of the time otherwise you will become disheartened and not put your all into your business!
G is for Genuine– When people buy a product or service 9 times out of 10, they are buying them because of the person! Be yourself, be genuine!
